One-to-one coaching

Coaching built around your actual week.

Private, tailored ADHD coaching for adults. Sessions run online.

What coaching is

Coaching is a practical, forward-looking partnership. We start from your strengths and your real life — not a checklist of what's "wrong" — and work out what actually helps you.

A lot of people want ADHD in black and white — a disability, or a superpower. The truth, like most things, is messier: it's mixed, and it's different for everyone.

Coaching helps you understand your own version of it and work out what genuinely helps — with people alongside you who get it, and a peer community coming from October.

This is not about becoming the IDEAL you...

  • In our experience, a lot of people put off coaching to "someday", because they've got a lot going on right now!
  • Coaching doesnt have to be about becoming a billionaire (although we will certainly not rain on your parade 😀 ).
  • It can be simply about getting started on the thing you've been avoiding — without it turning into a full life-audit first.
  • Unlike therapy, coaching is about the work that happens in between sessions, so it's in everyone's best interests to have coaching goals that survive your real-life schedule!
  • A plan that survives your typical, crazy Tuesday — built for a real, busy, distractible week, not an ideal one.

  3. 3

    Regular 1:1 sessions

Sessions run 45–60 minutes, usually fortnightly — though we'll tailor the rhythm to fit your life and energy.

What coaching is — and isn't

Coaching is

  • Practical, forward-looking and collaborative.
  • About strategies, self-understanding and momentum.
  • Built around your goals, at a pace that fits you.

Coaching isn't

  • Therapy, counselling or a mental-health service.
  • Diagnosis, assessment, or medical or medication advice.
  • A substitute for clinical care — if that's what you need, we'll gladly help you think about where to look.
