Privacy Notice

First Light ADHD Coaching ("we", "us") is responsible for the personal data you share with us. This notice explains what we collect, why, and your rights under applicable data protection law. We keep things deliberately simple: this website has no accounts, and the only thing we ever ask you for is a way to reply to you.

What we collect

If you use the form on our contact page, we receive your name, your email address, whether you're asking about one-to-one or group coaching, and anything you choose to write in the optional message box. If you email us directly instead, we receive your email address and whatever you put in the message.

That's it — you decide how much to share. If any of it touches on health, that's your choice to include, and we only use it to support you well. Please don't send anything sensitive that you'd rather we didn't hold.

Where it goes

Our website is hosted by Netlify, and contact form submissions are received and stored on Netlify's servers before being forwarded to us by email. Netlify acts as a processor on our behalf and may store this data outside your country. We don't use any other third-party service to handle your enquiry.

Netlify also runs automated spam filtering on submissions. We don't use captchas or any tracking on the form.

Website analytics

We use two privacy-first analytics tools to understand how the site is used: Cloudflare Web Analytics, andPostHog, hosted in the European Union. Neither sets cookies, neither stores anything on your device, and neither identifies you individually — which is why you won't find a cookie banner here.

Between them they tell us things like which pages get read, how far down a page people get, which links get clicked, and roughly where in the world visitors are. We use this to make the site clearer, not to build a profile of you. We do not record your screen, and we never capture what you type into the contact form.

Why we use it

• To reply to you and, if you go ahead, to arrange and provide coaching.
• We do not send marketing unless you ask us to.
• We never sell your data or share it to unrelated third parties.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries, whether they arrive by form or by email, only as long as we need them to reply and follow up with you. If you don't go on to work with us, we delete them within a few months, including the copy held in Netlify. If you do, we keep only what's needed for our work together, and remove it when it's no longer required.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or to stop contacting you, at any time. Just email send us a message.
