First Light ADHD Coaching ("we", "us") is the data controller for the personal data you share with us. This notice explains what we collect, why, and your rights under UK GDPR.
What we collect
When you use our enquiry forms we collect your name, email, and any optional details you choose to share (phone, location, who coaching is for, your goals, and access needs). One field — diagnosis status — is special-category health data. It is entirely optional; you can skip it, and we only ask it to support you well.
Why we use it (lawful basis)
- Consent — to reply to your enquiry and arrange coaching.
- Separate consent — for optional marketing (tips, cohort dates), only if you opt in.
- For health data, our basis is your explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Who processes it
Our website forms are handled by Netlify (our hosting and form processor) 🔶, who process submissions on our behalf. We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
