Coaching is not clinical care

First Light provides coaching and community support. We do not provide diagnosis, therapy, or medical treatment. Coaching is not a substitute for clinical care. If you need medical or mental-health support, please contact your GP or relevant services.

Enquiries

Submitting an enquiry does not create a coaching contract or guarantee a place on a programme. Cohort places are confirmed in writing.
